Thank you for joining We Need to Act

This is a safe, non-extractive space where lived experience, ancestral knowledge and frontline work are honoured. Here's everything you need to prepare.

1. Before we record

  • A short bio (3–4 lines) and how you'd like your name and title pronounced
  • A high-resolution headshot
  • 2–3 key topics, projects or questions you'd love to explore
  • Any links, articles or books you'd like us to share

2. Recording setup

  • We record on Riverside.fm — you'll receive a link by email
  • Please use Google Chrome (Safari has known issues)
  • Wear headphones and find a quiet room
  • Place your camera at eye level with light facing you
  • Relax — it's a conversation, not an interview test

3. After recording

  • Editing, show notes in English and Spanish, and artwork take over one month (about 4–6 weeks)
  • If you flag something you'd like removed, we'll leave it out
  • You'll receive a promo kit: quote cards, social assets and links to Spotify, Apple Podcasts and YouTube (EN/ES)
